Where our meeting room is located
It’s at our place, 5 avenue Duquesne, in the 7th arrondissement, next to the Invalides. It’s an easy address to give participants coming from various places: we stay on the left bank, in an administrative and residential district rather than a business area, and public transport serves the area well.
The practical advantage of holding a meeting in a hotel is that you don’t separate the workspace from the place to stay. Participants arriving from the provinces or abroad sleep on the floor, come down in the morning, and leave in the evening without needing a taxi.
What the room includes
It is equipped so you have nothing to bring. Image and sound: a video projector and a high‑definition screen, a sound system and microphones. Work side: high‑speed Wi‑Fi, a flip‑chart, markers and notepads.
It is a modern, functional room designed for meetings, seminars and conferences, as well as small‑group workshops. Our team remains available during the event, avoiding the need to hunt for someone when the projector misbehaves or the coffee needs re‑arming.
Breaks, lunches and the rest
Coffee, tea and bottled water are served throughout the meeting. It’s included, not ordered piece by piece.
If you want more, we add breaks with pastries, fresh fruit and snacks. We can also arrange a lunch or a dinner‑cocktail to close the day. Tell us the format at the time of booking rather than the morning of the event: it needs preparation.
How much it costs
Pricing is flexible: by the hour, half‑day or full day. The price depends on duration, number of participants and any catering you add, so we provide a quote rather than a posted rate. Write to us with the date, time, number of people and room format, and you will receive a detailed proposal.
Privatizing the bar for the evening
Our bar is rented separately from the rest. It’s a speakeasy‑style bar, discreet, with classic cocktails and cuisine signed by our chef, in a Parisian‑salon ambience. It works well for post‑meeting activities: a presentation ending with a drink, a small‑group launch, a standing dinner.
Two honest notes. It’s an intimate space, not a banquet hall: suitable for a small group, not two hundred guests. And because it is a private hire, it must be scheduled in advance according to regular service, so the earlier you request, the more feasible the date.
Lodging participants on‑site
We have five room categories, several with views of the Eiffel Tower. The Junior Suite with view is 28 m² and includes a sitting area and a work space, making it the most useful room for someone who strings together a meeting day and an evening of preparation. The Double with view is a superior room with a queen‑size bed, air‑conditioning and Eiffel Tower views. The Triple suits a group traveling together who prefer not to multiply keys.
Check‑in is from 15:00 and check‑out at 11:00. For a seminar that starts at 9:00, that means arriving the night before: plan for it in the budget rather than counting on a room being available at dawn.
The neighborhood between sessions
We are in the 7th, and the area is walkable. If your participants have a two‑hour break, they’ll enjoy being outside rather than in the lobby. We have written elsewhere what we recommend around the hotel, especially for lunch on Rue Cler and a stroll to the Invalides or the Rodin Museum, which fit easily between meetings.
How to book
Write to us or call reception with four pieces of information: the date, start and end times, number of participants and any catering needs. We will get back to you with availability and a quote. If you also need rooms for the same dates, request both at once: it’s easier to block them together than to arrange separately.
